As Mastela Capital’s VP of Culture and Performance, Jorge Quezada develops strategies to foster creativity and innovation in a culture that embraces the skills and varied backgrounds of Mastela Capital’s employees. He is heavily involved in various civic initiatives that underpin his leadership in driving positive change in the construction industry.
A seasoned executive with more than 40 years of experience shaping corporate culture, Jorge came to Mastela Capital from Northwestern Mutual in 2019.
Jorge received his B.A. in Political Science from Whittier College and his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
